Unique design, quality of service, handy location

I like the panorama viw. This stay we were on 6th floor so this was really nice. Good is also breakfast in this hotel. They have good beer from tap. And location is excellent.

The hotel is very well situated, and is a short walk from a larger railway station, right next to a tram line, and also easily reachable by a car. The room was spacious with a somewhat decent view.

Very stylish and Young Urban place. Dinner Was good. So Was the breakfast. We came by train. 15 Min. Walk from the main railway station.

"The hotel receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to help with a smile.

Breakfast was fine and I really enjoy bull-yes eggs prepared directly before you. You can ask also for other eggs dishes. What is also fine is pretty silent air condition.

Hotel is rustic and quirky. So comfortable and great ambience.

The best thing about this property was the staff.

Great location next to Belvedere Palace and the Wein Hauptbahnhof train station. Was really happy with my upgraded room.

reasonable selection of food available however this could have included a greater selection of fruit.

Unique property, easy walk to the train and the sites of Vienna. Staff was lovely.

Easy to find, close to train and tram links but also a superb walk to city centre through Belvedere grounds or botanical gardens. I had a rear facing room which was completely noise free. The room was quirky, unfinished ceilings, very industrial which was very atmospheric. Best shower I've ever used, no leaking door, drippy tap etc, daily room service to the highest quality. It was spotless throughout the hotel. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, instantly coming to my room to assist when I was being an idiot over the air con controls! A bright airy dining area was a pleasant way to enjoy the self service breakfast with an abundant choice, all freshly made. There was outdoor seating which looked comfy but I never utilised this on this trip. There may be many many hotels to stay in whilst in Vienna but I shall be booking this one again on my return, why would I risk disappointment by going elsewhere?

I had made the reservation for my parents and they fully enjoyed their stay. The room was vey clean, well equipped, the staff was attentive and friendly and they even gave them spare slippers. Breakfast was excellent as always. They also appreciated the short distance to HBF on the day of their departure from the country.
